Chariot Claims operates on a contingency-based model. That means we are only compensated when a claim results in a settlement payout. If no payout is reached, claimants owe nothing, and Chariot absorbs the cost of the work involved.
This structure is designed to remove financial barriers that may prevent people from pursuing consumer protection claims against large corporations.
No Upfront Costs for Consumers
Pursuing a consumer claim can involve coordination with law firms, document review, filing work, and ongoing case management. For most individuals, the time, cost, and complexity make it impractical to take on alone.
Chariot Claims covers these efforts from the start. Eligible consumers submit basic information about their dealings with a company, including supporting documentation when available, and sign required authorizations. From there, Chariot handles the operational side of the process and works with experienced law firms to move claims forward.
What Happens After a Settlement or Award
If a case results in compensation, Chariot receives a portion of the recovery. This share supports the work required to move claims forward at scale, including:
Reviewing and validating claim submissions
Coordinating large volumes of filings
Managing evidence and timelines
Communication with claimants about case updates
Maintaining compliance with arbitration processes
These efforts often continue for months and require legal, operational, and technical infrastructure. However, in the event a claim does not reach payout, Chariot absorbs those costs.
Why This Model Matters
Consumer protection matters rely on teams that review claims, coordinate with counsel, and keep participants informed throughout the process.
Chariot’s compensation model supports the people and systems that make this work possible, without transferring financial risk to consumers.
The incentives stay aligned: Chariot only succeeds when consumers do.
The Bottom Line
Chariot Claims is paid only when its work results in compensation.
Consumers never pay Chariot to file a claim
Consumers are not asked to cover upfront legal costs to participate
Chariot is only paid if compensation is secured
This approach makes it possible for people to participate in consumer protection claims that would otherwise be difficult or unrealistic to pursue on their own.
